Timothy Davis is the CEO of Davis and Jones Trucking, and oversees the Hidden Man Unleashed Mentorship Program. A Minister for the Servants of Christ Prison Ministries, and the Vice President of The Vital Vision Exploration Organization; He is a loving husband to Mrs. Shanita Vital-Davis and together they have a family of five children and six wonderful grandchildren. He is a family-oriented person, a friend to many and a servant leader. Davis grew up in Houston’s Historic Cuney Homes housing projects. While Davis was born in a stable home, as he grew older, he fell prey to the temptations of the streets and was incarcerated and served seven (7) years in prison. While incarcerated, Davis desired to change his life. He attended Blinn College for Business and obtained his GED and received a license in Electric Partnership, became a mentor to fellow prisoners, and ministered the word of God.

As he grew deeper into the word of God, Davis became enlightened and desired to help men in his community. Once released, he obtained a license to drive trucks. Now, after more than 18 years as a truck driver, Davis serves as a trainer for individuals wanting to enter the trucking field. He mentors and trains more than thirty (30) men in the field of trucking at no charge for the sole purpose of opening the door for them to have a career and provide financially for their families. Davis’s journey may have been arduous, but it was through unwavering determination and tenacity that he navigated the storm and emerged stronger on the other side. Now, as the Vice President of Vital Vision Exploration Organization, his hope and goal for the organization is to restore the community by sowing the seed where there is a need and being a doer for the restoration of God’s people.
